1. Acceptance of these terms 條款之接受

By starting a broadcast, opening a watch link, or otherwise using Camera Web Streaming (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 當您開始廣播、開啟觀看連結，或以任何其他方式使用 Camera Web Streaming（以下稱「本服務」）時，即表示您同意本服務條款與可接受使用政策。若您不同意，請勿使用本服務。

2. What this Service does 本服務的功能

The Service lets a user turn a device camera into a live video stream and share a link that others can open in any browser to watch, in real time. Streams are transient: they exist only while the broadcaster is actively streaming, and are not stored or recorded by the Service. 本服務讓使用者能將裝置的攝影機轉為即時影像直播，並分享連結供他人以任何瀏覽器即時觀看。直播內容為暫時性：僅在廣播者實際直播期間存在，本服務不會儲存或錄製任何直播內容。

3. Prohibited uses — illegal activity is strictly forbidden 禁止使用行為・嚴禁任何違法活動

You must not use the Service, as a broadcaster or a viewer, to create, transmit, request, or facilitate access to: 無論您是廣播者或觀看者，均不得利用本服務製作、傳輸、請求或協助他人取得以下內容：

Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors, in any form, under any circumstances. 任何形式、任何情況下涉及兒童性剝削或性虐待的內容。
Any other content that is illegal under the laws applicable to you or to the recipients of your stream. 依您或您直播接收者所適用法律屬違法之其他任何內容。
Non-consensual recording, streaming, or surveillance of any person, including in private or non-public spaces. 未經同意錄製、直播或監視任何人，包括在私人或非公開場所。
Threats, harassment, stalking, hate speech, or content intended to incite violence against any person or group. 威脅、騷擾、跟蹤、仇恨言論，或意圖煽動對任何個人或群體施暴的內容。
Terrorism, extremist content, or material that promotes or facilitates violent acts. 恐怖主義、極端主義內容，或宣揚、協助暴力行為之素材。
Fraud, scams, phishing, or facilitating illegal financial transactions. 詐欺、詐騙、網路釣魚，或協助非法金融交易。
Infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. 侵犯著作權、商標權或其他智慧財產權。
Attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure. 企圖干擾、使系統過載、逆向工程，或未經授權存取本服務或其基礎設施。
Any other activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law. 違反適用地方、國家或國際法律之其他任何行為。

4. Consequences of violating this policy 違反本政策之後果

If we become aware of a violation of Section 3, we may take any of the following actions, with or without prior notice: 若我們知悉任何違反第 3 條之情事，得於事前通知或不通知的情況下，採取以下任一措施：

Immediate termination of the offending stream and revocation of its link. 立即終止違規直播並撤銷其連結。

Preservation of relevant data — including IP addresses, timestamps, and stream metadata — for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate and respond to the violation. 保留相關資料（包括 IP 位址、時間戳記及直播中繼資料），保留期間以調查與處理該違規事項所合理需要者為限。
Reporting to law enforcement or other competent authorities, including proactively for content involving child exploitation, and providing preserved data to them upon lawful request. 向執法機關或其他主管機關通報，涉及兒童剝削內容者將主動通報，並於其合法請求時提供已保留之資料。
Cooperation with any resulting investigation, including in response to subpoenas or other valid legal process. 配合因此展開之任何調查，包括回應傳票或其他有效法律程序。

We are not liable to you for any action taken in good faith to enforce this policy. 對於我們基於善意執行本政策所採取之任何行動，我們不對您負賠償責任。

5. Reporting abuse 檢舉濫用行為

If you encounter a stream or user that violates this policy, please report it via the feedback button on the main page, or contact us directly. Reports involving imminent danger to a person should also be made directly to local law enforcement. 若您發現任何違反本政策之直播或使用者，請透過主頁面上的意見回饋按鈕進行檢舉，或直接與我們聯繫。若涉及他人人身安全之立即危險，亦請直接聯繫當地執法機關。

6. No warranty; limitation of liability 免責聲明與責任限制

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content that users choose to broadcast or view. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of the Service, including from content transmitted by other users. 本服務係依「現況」提供，不附帶任何形式之保證。我們對使用者選擇廣播或觀看之內容不負責任。於法律允許之最大範圍內，我們對因使用本服務所生之任何損害（包括其他使用者傳輸之內容所致者）不負賠償責任。

7. Changes to this policy 政策之修訂

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 我們得不時更新本條款。於更新後繼續使用本服務，即視為您接受修訂後之條款。
